This directory contains beta versions of mle 2.1.  Both Windows and Intel Linux.
There are MANY new features, and the code runs much faster.  
Feel free to download and try these.  Report errors to djholman@u.washington.edu

Installation:

  Linux:    Put the executable in your path.
            Rename the file to mle or mlebeta 
            Make the file executable with "chmod u+x mlebeta"

  Windows:  Download mle_2_1_xx_setup.exe or mle_2_1_xx_nodoc_setup.exe. 
            Run this command and an installer will install everything.
            You can run mle from the Start-->Programs-->mle menu
	    It is helpful to add the directory that contains mle.exe to your path
            An uninstall command is added to the menu
